Where Is Quba In Azerbaijan ?
Quba (Guba) is a city and the administrative centre of the Quba District of Azerbaijan. The city lies on the north-eastern slopes of Shahdag mountain.
An important destination for Azerbaijani culture, Quba is located in the northeastern parts of the country. Situated at the bank of Qudailchay River, Quba is an ancient mountain town that has several historically significant remote villages in close proximity. On the other side of the river, a small all-Jewish village is located. These cultural communities are surrounded by deep valleys and craggy mountains. Perched at a height of 2,350 meters, Khinalug village offers plenty of hiking opportunities and stunning mountain landscapes.
