you cannot stay in Romania after the date of expiry of your Schengen visa or residence permit; you cannot stay in Romania for more than the number of days granted your Schengen visa (for example, if you have a Schengen visa with the right of stay of 25 days, you can travel to Romanian and stay there for 25 days);
