Why Is Greek And Persian Food Similar?
Modern Greek food and modern Persian food are rather similar and probably it was so in ancient times, difference being that Greeks use more olive oil and Persians more sesame oil. Within Greece food was different, Athenian and Ionian being more palatable and diverse while Spartan food being outright inedible.
