Akwa Ibom State
Akwa Ibom State has been adjudged the cleanest state in Nigeria for the fifth consecutive time. This was revealed by the chairman State Waste Management and Environmental Protection Agency, Prince Akpan Ikim, when he presented the award to Governor Udom Emmanuel at the State Executive Council (EXCO) meeting in Uyo.
