- Cajuína.
- Caipirinha – a cocktail prepared using cachaça, lime juice and sugar.
- Aluá – prepared with maize, rice and sugar.
- Bombeirinho – prepared with cachaça and gooseberry syrup, it is similar to a Kir Royal cocktail.
