Can I Marry A Foreigner In Malaysia?
For marriage applications where one or both parties are foreign nationals, the applicant is required to submit an application in the National Registration Department (NRD) or Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN) office. Marriage registration involving foreign nationals are only allowed at the NRD office.
