It was a short steep hike (about 45 minutes up) with great views. We spent an extra day in Aguas Calientes after doing the Inca Trail so we could tour Machu Picchu with our group then come back the next day and do this hike. It was worth it. This hike was one of the highlights; the views were amazing.
