Is there any good international penpal sites which doesn’t cost money to email them?

looking for penpal sites which don’t cost to talk to people. everythng seems to cost to send emails.

It’s called Kawasaki Penpal and you just have to enter your email address and make an introductory post about yourself for potential penpals to see. It’s mainly a site for making Japanese penpals, but trust me, many other nationalities and ethnicities of people use it. It’s free too. You get an email or two each week full of posts from penpals from different countries, some who want snail mail penpals and others who only want email penpals. I’ve had a few penpals already via Kawasaki. I’ve had penpals from Japan, Ghana, Malaysia, and Australia. Don’t expect answers right away from people once you post something or to reply to your email once you’ve found posts of people you think you may want to be friends with. But it does work. 🙂

there are plenty of penpal groups. 
lots of really nice people whom most, if not all agree on getting to know the person before giving the address incase their some sort of creep.
