Hey, I know two perfect sites for you.
The first one is inlingua.com This is a reallly great site for finding penpals. Seriously, you can form penpals with people from practically all major languages/countries. The site is absolutely free unlike some other sites. Just go to the website and I think on the right side of the page there is a link to the actual pen pal site. Or you could just type in inlingua pen pal on google or yahoo.
Another, good site to check out is livemocha.com
I don’t know how to describe it, it’s like a MySpace for language learners. It’s really good so check it out.
