1) Go to the French and Italian yahoo answers sites and post your message there(“Societé et culture” “Langues”; “Società e culture” “Lingue”)
2) Google for universities in France and Italy (but don’t try the most famous institutions; they can be quite arrogant); contact some and ask directly whether there’s some student willing to be a penfriend. Normally there’s a positive reaction.
