Hello Everyone! My name is Thompson, and I am from the West Coast of the United States. I am really interested in finding out about all the other places in the world, but in particular Russia. I love Russian culture and the language. If you want to know why, then you can message me and be my penpal friend.

I just finished studying in Nashville, TN, and I am moving to Denver, CO this summer to begin working. I will be doing international business, and want to keep learning Russian and about areas all over the world.

I would prefer messages before friending, and lengthy messages make all the better. If you send me a lot of short messages I might become bored, and I am here to find interesting penpal friends.

HELP ME LEARN RUSSIAN ! I am starting to use rosetta stone to continue my studies from the university, but I love to talk to penpal people even more. I really value penpal relationships and enjoy building them with others. Also, just a conversation could end with me learning a new word. This helps me a ton with my vocabulary.

Please don't be offended if I do not respond to a message you have sent me. It either means that I am really busy, or currently do not really want any more pen pals. I don't like to have a ton of pen pals at once, as I prefer getting to know only a few really well, rather than a ton barely!

Hobbies & Interests
My interests include traveling, soccer, my beautiful dog, reading, hiking, and tennis. I also really love learning about animals. I have a degree in International Business, but took Russian classes during my time at my university.
